Privacy Policy
Freelance Suite is built on a simple principle: your financial data belongs to you.
What We Collect
Nothing. Freelance Suite does not collect, transmit, or store any personal or financial data on external servers. All invoices, client information, expenses, income records, and tax estimates remain on your device.
No Accounts
Freelance Suite does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information to use the app.
No Analytics
We do not use any analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or third-party services that monitor your behavior. We do not know how you use the app, how often you open it, or what invoices you create.
No Advertising
Freelance Suite contains no advertisements and no advertising SDKs. We do not share data with advertisers because we have no data to share.
Purchases
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. ELS Innovations LLC does not process payments directly and does not have access to your payment information.
Data Storage
All app data is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework (on-device SQLite database). If you delete the app, your data is deleted. We cannot recover it because we never had it.
iCloud Sync
If you choose to enable iCloud sync, your data is synced using Apple's CloudKit infrastructure (encrypted, managed by Apple). This is entirely opt-in. We do not have access to your synced data. The app works fully offline without iCloud enabled.
Receipt Photos
Receipt photos you capture are stored locally on your device alongside your expense records. They are never uploaded to any server or cloud service (unless you enable iCloud sync, in which case they are synced through Apple's encrypted CloudKit).
Third-Party Services
Freelance Suite does not integrate with any third-party services that collect user data. The only external communication is:
- Apple's App Store (for purchase processing)
Children's Privacy
Freelance Suite is a business tool designed for adult freelancers and small business owners. It does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes to This Policy
If we ever change this policy, we will update this page and note the effective date. Given our architecture — no data collection, no accounts, no analytics — we do not anticipate material changes.
