End User License Agreement
Freelance Suite is distributed through the Apple App Store and is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA).
Key Terms
By downloading or using Freelance Suite, you agree to the terms set forth in Apple's Standard EULA. Key provisions include:
- The license is non-transferable and limited to devices you own or control
- You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the app
- The app is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law
Intellectual Property
Freelance Suite, including its code, design, user interface, templates, and original content, is the intellectual property of ELSI Holdings LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.
Your Data
All invoices, client information, expenses, and financial data you create in the app belong to you. We do not claim any ownership or license to your data. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is stored.
In-App Purchases
The app offers optional one-time in-app purchases:
- Freelancer ($24.99) — Unlimited invoices & clients, expense tracking, Schedule C export, tax estimator, receipt capture, iCloud sync
- Small Business ($49.99) — Everything in Freelancer plus multiple business profiles, multi-currency, mileage log, state tax estimation
All purchases are one-time, non-recurring payments processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple per their refund policy.
Prices shown are Founding Member pricing (available until v1.1 ships). Prices are in USD and may vary by region.
