Terms of Use and End User License Agreement

Freelance Suite is distributed through the Apple App Store and is governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), together with the plan terms below.

Key terms

By downloading or using Freelance Suite, you agree to the terms set forth in Apple's Standard EULA. Key provisions include:

• The license is non-transferable and limited to devices you own or control
• You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute the app
• The app is provided "as is" without warranties beyond those required by law

Intellectual property

Freelance Suite, including its code, design, user interface, templates, and original content, is the intellectual property of ELSI Holdings LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

Your data

All invoices, client information, expenses, and financial data you create in the app belong to you. We do not claim any ownership or license to your data. Exporting your data is free on every tier, including the free tier. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is stored.

Plans and purchases

The app is free to use with limits. Each paid tier can be bought in one of two ways:

• Freelancer — $34.99 per year (annual plan) or $89.99 once (lifetime)
• Small Business — $59.99 per year (annual plan) or $149.99 once (lifetime)

Prices are in USD and may vary by region. All purchases are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store.

Annual plans

• An annual plan lasts one year and renews automatically at the then-current price for your plan unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at purchase and at each renewal.
• You can manage or cancel your plan at any time in your Apple Account settings.

Our commitments to you

• If your annual plan ends, the app keeps working. You keep the features of the tier you paid for, all of your data and exports, and the tax tables for every tax year up to the last one your plan covered. Tax tables for later tax years are provided only while an annual plan is active or with a lifetime purchase.
• Your price stays your price. If we raise the price of an annual plan, existing subscribers keep the price they started at for as long as their plan stays active without a break.
• Lifetime means lifetime of the app. A lifetime purchase is a single payment that includes the tier's features and tax tables for future tax years for as long as we publish the app.

Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted to Apple per their refund policy.
